About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support & Invoice Audit Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical in supporting financial and administrative operations related to drilling and pipelaying activities, with a strong focus on invoice auditing, data processing, and project coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Auditing & Financial Support:

    • Conduct bi-monthly invoice audits and automate data-heavy audit processes.
    • Support month-end closing by verifying and validating accruals (PO, Non-PO, SE to date, GL accounts).
    • Maintain quarterly inventory of all paid invoices and disputed payments for cost recovery audits.
    • Monitor prepayments, vendor advances, and recoupments as needed.
    • Assist in PR processing, cash call forecasting, and PO cleanup.
  • Project & Administrative Coordination:

    • Provide ad hoc support for organizing workshops, meet-and-greets, and engagement activities.
    • Manage records, route contracts/amendments for signatures, and handle DOE filing and archiving.
    • Monitor hotel and flight utilization vs. planned, prepare monthly dashboards and reports.
    • Collect and share regular feedback on services (e.g., Marsman & hotel).
  • Contract & Compliance Monitoring:

    • Track bank guarantees, performance bonds, and visa statuses for LNNs and vendors.
    • Provide administrative support for HR-related payments and documentation (e.g., housing leases, visa applications).
  • Reporting & Communication:

    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for contract holders.
    • Act as a key point of contact for hotel and travel contract performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • minimum 2 years of administration experience 
  • Strong background in data processing and financial auditing.
  • Experience with automating audit processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
